The Madeira Mandolin Orchestra had a successful tour of the South of England in May 2002, which included a concert at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor as part of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee.

In July 2009 the Orchestra returned to the United Kingdom, this time accompanied by Tenor Carlos Guilherme, who performed a fine selection of world famous Neapolitan Songs. In all, they presented 10 concerts together, in different cities.
